The service
SurgeonIntel lets you select and purchase surgeon contact lists using supported specialty, location and contact-field filters. This is a digital product; no physical goods are shipped.
Masked previews and sample CSVs are for evaluation. They are not the full purchased list.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for yourself or your organization. Keep account and billing information accurate and protect your sign-in details.
Exploring the builder and registering an account do not require a paid list purchase. Purchased-file access depends on payment and fulfillment.
Orders and pricing
Review your audience, fields and order total before payment. Prices and payment amounts are in US dollars (USD). Prospective pricing changes do not change an already confirmed paid order.
Transactions may be held or rejected where fraud, unauthorized payment or prohibited use is suspected.
Verification and fulfillment
Emails are verified before delivery, so a preview’s available-email count can differ from the final delivered quantity. Payment confirmation and file availability are separate.
If a deadline, minimum quantity or particular field is essential, get written confirmation before purchase. Verification does not guarantee inbox placement or campaign results. See Delivery and download access.
License and acceptable use
Use purchased records for lawful professional business communication within your order’s license. Unless separately agreed in writing, the license is non-transferable and does not permit resale, republication, pooling or sublicensing.
A purchase does not grant recipient consent. You are responsible for the campaign, message content, sender identity, applicable communications rules and opt-out handling.
Do not use the service for phishing, impersonation, harassment, unlawful spam, unauthorized harvesting or bypassing masking and access controls. Do not use these lists for patient care or clinical decisions.
Cancellation and remedies
Except where required by law or separately agreed, purchases become final once fulfillment begins. Contact Support promptly to request cancellation. A request is not confirmation that fulfillment has stopped.
The Refunds and replacements policy describes the existing seven-calendar-day delivery claim window and material-discrepancy review process. It forms part of these terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Limitations and disputes
Professional details can change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or any particular campaign result. We may suspend access for misuse or unauthorized disclosure.
Contact Support with your order reference to resolve a problem. These terms do not prevent payment-provider disputes or exercise of statutory rights. No legal operator or particular jurisdiction is inferred from the brand name.
Existing order commitments
Specific written commitments for existing orders remain relevant. A change to this website should not be read as withdrawing a guarantee expressly given for an earlier order. Keep your order confirmation and contact Support if an agreement and a website statement differ.
