Two different groups of information
SurgeonIntel provides paid access to surgeon contact lists. We process customer information to operate the service and professional information to prepare and provide those lists. These are separate activities.
Professional email addresses and telephone numbers can be personal information. We do not treat all work-related information as unrestricted.
Information you submit
Account and order information can include your name, email, company, optional address, selected lists, payment method and transaction references. Contact and support requests contain the details and messages you send.
Signed-in support conversations are linked to an account. Guest requests are handled separately and do not automatically become account conversations.
Professional records and paid disclosure
The list builder displays professional identity, specialty, location and available contact fields. Public contact previews are masked. Purchased files can disclose the contact fields included in the order to the purchaser.
Selling access to professional records is part of the service. This is different from processing a customer’s account and billing information.
Purposes and recipients
Information is used for list filtering and preparation, purchases, downloads, account administration, support, security and disputes. Purchasers receive the professional fields included in their order.
Service providers involved in hosting, authentication, payments, verification and message delivery can process information needed for those functions. Payment providers also apply their own privacy notices. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to address disputes or protect the service.
Storage and retention
The site uses browser storage for features such as account state, the cart and saved selections. Contact forms can use a third-party security check. See the Browser storage notice.
Retention depends on the record and purpose, including fulfillment, accounting, support, legal duties and disputes. An expired download link does not itself delete an order or the underlying professional record. Ask us about retention relevant to your information.
Privacy requests
Use Privacy requests and data opt-out to request information, correction, deletion or exclusion from sale or sharing where applicable. Explain whether your request concerns a customer account or a listed professional.
We may need clarification to locate the correct record and appropriate identity checks for requests involving private account information. A marketing unsubscribe and exclusion from contact-list sales are separate requests. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law and data concerned.
Security and updates
Masked previews and access restrictions limit exposure, but no online service can promise complete security. Do not submit passwords, full payment credentials or patient records through support.
This notice may change as the service changes. Browsing the website is not presented as consent to every processing activity. Contact us for questions about the source, use or recipients of your information.
