SurgeonIntel handles customer account and order information and professional records used in paid surgeon lists. Record fields may include identity, specialty, location and available contact details.
Purchasers receive the fields included in their orders. We do not limit the discussion of sale or sharing to advertising cookies or assume every professional record is exempt from privacy law.

Rights where the CCPA applies
Rights can include knowing and accessing personal information, correction, deletion, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and non-discrimination, subject to applicable exceptions.
Use Privacy requests and data opt-out without creating an account. Explain which record and right your request concerns. Appropriate checks depend on the request type; every opt-out is not described as requiring a verified account.
