SurgeonIntel’s core product is a US surgeon list builder. GDPR applicability depends on the processing and people concerned, not simply the location selected in a filter.
The Privacy policy distinguishes customer information from professional information disclosed through paid lists.
Purpose and legal basis
Requested account administration, orders and support involve providing the service. Accounting and legal records may also be needed to meet legal duties. Other processing requires its own applicable lawful basis.
A professional contact address is not proof of consent. Ask us about the source, purpose or lawful basis relevant to a record concerning you. A list purchase does not authorize every subsequent communication.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Use the privacy request route and provide enough information to locate the record. Legal duties and exemptions can affect the response.
Providers and transfers
Contact us for retention, recipient and international-transfer information relevant to your data. This page is not a GDPR certification or evidence that every supplier arrangement has been independently audited.
